Bachelor Degree with Honours in International Hospitality Management
Taking you from Certificate to a BA Degree (with Honours) in just three years (including two six-month, paid internships) these programmes are all validated by Manchester Metropolitan University in the UK. Learn the key practical and management skills needed to succeed in these industries before choosing from one of  these five specialist pathways for your last year of study: International Hotel Management; International Hotel & Tourism Management; International Hotel & Events Management; International Tourism & Events Management; International Hospitality Entrepreneurship.

Postgraduate Diploma in International Hotel & Events Management
This 22 week intensive course is designed for students with qualifications and/or experience in other subjects who wish to pursue a career in the hospitality industry by following a flexible but intensive period of study. It is also suited for those who have considerable work experience but lack the academic background to progress in their chosen career. It is ideal preparation for those who wish to go on to gain a Masters qualification at IMI.

MBA in International Hospitality Management
This 22 week intensive residential course, validated by Manchester Metropolitan University, is followed by a 22 week non-residential programme for the field consulting project or dissertation. The course is designed for students with qualifications and industry experience who wish to develop their skills and understanding of the hospitality industry in preparation for middle and senior management positions.

The IMI Luzern MBA
The IMI Luzern MBA is an intensive, two semester, hospitality-focused MBA programme allowing you to specialise in either Swiss Hotel Management Operations or Luxury Brands and Services Management. The programme is validated by the Confederation of Tourism and Hospitality. Those with little to no work experience can benefit from a paid internship arranged by our Careers team.

International Culinary Arts

Bachelor Degree in international culinary arts
ICI has programmes from Diploma to BA Degree (with Honours) in International Culinary Arts. Our courses offer students expert practical training alongside the management skills they need to excel in this field. Paid internships are organised by our Careers team in some of the top kitchens either in Switzerland or abroad.
